The Qur'anic Verse Reflecting on it

O mankind! Allah (God) has created you from a male and a female, and made you into nations and tribes, that you may know one another. Verily, the most honorable of you with Allah (God) is that who is most pious. Verily, Allah (God) is All-Knowing, All-Aware

The Noble Qur'an (49: 13)

Allah (God) Almighty states in this Qur'anic verse that he has created male and female and that people are not elevated in the site of Allah (God) based on color, money, nor on the basis if a person is male or female.

Allah (God) Almighty states the wisdom behind making the veil obligatory upon a believing woman, and the wisdom behind this is stated in the Noble Qur'an in chapter 33 - verse 59 (O Prophet! Tell your wives and your daughters and the women of the believers to draw their cloaks (veils) all over their bodies. That will be better, that they should be known (as free respectable women) so as not to be annoyed. And Allah (God) is Ever OftForgiving, Most Merciful). Such that it can be concluded from the verse that when a believing man and woman wear a gear that identify them as Muslims then people would think twice before attempting to hurt them. Also people around them know that this woman do not want obscene things and thus it would not be offered to here. And so we notice how the commandments of Allah (God) are all based on mercy.

Also when a woman wears a cloak it would protect her private parts from men and that is purer for the heart of men, because when a man sees the private parts of a woman his companion devil whispers to him with a voice matching the one he thinks with (as if the person is thinking to himself with these ideas) telling him ideas like for example, what if you do this and that, and this devil makes adultery beautiful in his eyes. Also this companion devil comes to a person in dreams by generating imaginations that he is doing perverted sexual acts and when he wakes up this devil comes to him with whispers in his head telling him to carry out what he has seen in his dream.

It is noticeable that adultery is wide spread in communities where Islamic gear is not worn compared to other communities where such gear is worn.

It is noticeable that Prophet Mohammad peace be upon Him did not beat any woman at all. The matter of beating a woman is mentioned in the Noble Qur'an, however, the majority of Muslims do not know what is meant by this act of beating?

The Noble Qur'an is the best explanatory book for itself, such that the beating which is allowed in Islam can be understood from chapter 38 - verse 44 ("And take in your hand a bundle of thin grass and strike therewith (your wife), and break not your oath. Truly! Allah (God) has found him patient. How excellent (a) slave! Verily, he was ever oft-returning in repentance (to Us)!). Allah (God) teaches us that the beating which is allowed in Islam is the one that does not leave any trace on the body (i.e. no pain or change in the color of the skin) and this is what results when someone is beaten with a thin-water filled grass. Thus the beating mentioned in the Noble Qur'an means touching the person to draw his or her attention and not the beating that people are accustomed to. Thus a woman that is going towards doing unlawful deeds should be advised by words, actions, and touching her to draw her attention.

Thus the goal behind touching a woman is to draw her attention to a mistake she is doing. This applies also to children when a parent sees them doing bad deeds, then he or she should advise them by words, actions, and touching them to draw their attention to the mistake they are doing.

During the month the body of a woman goes into cycles and it causes the body to lose blood and it becomes weaker; thus the mercy of Allah (God) comes to make this easier on the woman such that the Almighty made prayer not obligatory on the woman during the menstrual cycle. Thus Allah (God) did not do this because woman are unclean but to show mercy upon His creation.

To know the truth with regards to this subject we need to reflect upon the context in which this matter is mentioned in the Noble Qur'an, where it can be found in Chapter 4 - verse 3 (And if you fear that you shall not be able to deal justly with the orphan, then marry women of your choice, two or three, or four but if you fear that you shall not be able to deal justly (with them), then only one or that your right hands possess. That is nearer to prevent you from doing injustice). And we find that the verse previous to this talks about orphans, where it says (And give unto orphans their property and do not exchange (your) bad things for (their) good ones; and devour not their substance (by adding it) to your substance. Surely, this is a great sin).

Where we find that the Almighty starts verse 3 with the words (And if you fear that you shall not be able to deal justly with the orphan), which is a conditional statement that indicates that in the only case of having a fear of not doing justice to the orphans, which means that in special cases like in wars where a lot of men are killed and as a result of this there is an increase in the number of widows and orphans. In this case only polygamy is permitted in order for the orphans to find whom will take care of them financially. Whereas marrying more than one woman without having the conditions stated above fulfilled is not permissible.

The matter of having girls circumcised is not mentioned at all in the Noble Qur'an nor in the teachings of Prophet Mohammad peace be upon Him, and thus this matter is not derived at all from the teachings of Islam. Moreover, it is the work of Satan to cause harm to women. such that the companion devils of people whisper to them with a voice matching the one they think with (as if they are hearing these ideas in their head) telling them to do this. As Allah (God) Almighty states in the Noble Qur'an that Satan commands you to do what is harmful, sinful, and to say about Allah (God) what you have no knowledge of (Chapter 2 - verses 168-169 (O mankind! Eat of that which is lawful and good on the earth, and follow not the footsteps of Satan. Verily, he is to you an open enemy * Satan commands you only what is evil and sinful, and that you should say against Allah (God) what you know not).

Thus Satan commands people by a voice matching the one they think with to cause harm to themselves and he also gives them arguments to convince them to the falsehood of their ways. Like for example telling the father that if you do circumcision to your girl then you protect her from this and that. Such that the aim of Satan in this is to cause harm to girls. And Allah (God) Almighty instructs us not to believe and not to perform the whispers of Satan.
